  When I originally ate here it was amazing but I guess I've here too much. The burgers are good but the more I ate at Wayback, the more I seen the quality slip.
  
  I love shakes and I was told that the shake machine was broken which contributed to my shake being like soup.

  Today's date is July 22, 2015. Before I start my review I would like to note this is not my first entry and I have not received a reply yet. I do not have an image of the Way Back Burger I experienced, but now I wish I did to show higher ups how dirty the restaurant actually was. The costumer service was also very bad. When I walked in to order, there were three young people working and they were unsupervised. When I walked in the female was too busy arguing with the two males about an order and did not attend to us at all until they settled on what the order was. After we ordered, I got my soda cup and walked over to the refreshment station and was very hesitant to fill my cup. The machine and counter was very greasy and there were no lids available in the refreshment station or in the back. The generals seating area was very grimey. I moved tables at least three times to avoid sticky residue on both the tables and chairs. Almost every table was very dirty and not acceptable for anyone to sit at. My shoes were very sticky as well because the floor needed to be swept and mopped! The floor was covered in crumbs, wrappers, leftover fries, and other debris from the restaurant. Although there were only three people working, the employees had way too much down time. I saw one playing with a towel, one leaning against the counter while the other cooked the burgers. If my supervisor was there, I would have been fired and called dead weight. When I finally got up to get my order I realized how dirty their cooking/work area actually was, there was like a film of dirt behind most of the machines and debris from cooking everywhere. The employees had no organization and kept the restaurant in a very poor state. I have never experienced such a dirty Way Back Burger. When I lived in Connecticut, the burgers were delicious, and the restaurants were well kept. I never questioned whether or not I should trust eating a Way Back Burger until I was a costumer at the poinciana location. I wondered if the employees were actually clean since the restaurant they worked in was disgusting.
